Onur FİŞEK

Onur was born and raised in Istanbul, is originally from Rize and spent an important part of his life during his studies in Zurich. The three cities/cultures together shaped Onur's productive, creative and confident mindset respectively. He began his career in the power markets at turbulent times. He observed that the vast amount of experience that people gained over the last stable & boring years was biased and led them to mispredict the markets. Extraordinary circumstances fast-tracked him and uncertainties helped him grow.

At Pure, he enjoys feeling trust/transparency, making decisions quickly and hearing "go ahead" when taking responsibility. Above all, he is constantly impressed by the excellent leadership. His colleagues describe him as very structured and outspoken while family members controversially claim him to be disorganized and calm.
